Antique Ivory Okimono - Geisha Beauty with Flowers on a Carved Mahogany Stand
This is a wonderfully carved pre-ban fine ivory circa early to mid 1900s.
Spectacularly hand carved Antique Ivory Okimono - Geisha Beauty; 16 1/2" Tall Over-all,  Ivory itself is 9 1/2" Tall and a width of 6"...wonderful detail. A fabulous  piece in excellent vintage condition...beautifully carved...wonderful pronounced grain...nice patina. This piece came from an estate collection of rare and exotic ethnographic carvings and art works. Please note this piece is made from pre-ban ivory, legally imported into the U. S. before the ban.
